  • The company was officially founded.

1976

  • With the company’s self-developed proprietary technology, the first oxalic acid factory — Zhonghua Factory was built.

1984

  • Invested in the establishment of Xin Hai Rare Earth Industrial, which was located in the Hsinchu Industrial Park, for the production of rare earth metal compounds. The second oxalic acid factory was built in the Taichung Industrial Park.

1990

  • A factory was built for producing zirconia crystals (refining cubic zirconia) to expand the product line of rare earth oxides.

1992

  • Co-founded Chempro Uranus Limited with SMC AG and built a factory in the Hsinchu Industrial Park for the production of cobalt (II) acetate.

1993

  • Developed tin compounds (tin(Ⅱ) chloride dihydrate) and subsequently built a production factory.

2002

  • Established the Electronic Chemicals Department, primarily engaged in contract manufacturing certain products for the German company, Merck electronic chemicals Ltd.

2015

  • Became a subsidiary of CoreMax Corporation.

2018

  • Invested in cobalt extraction and the production line of cobalt sulfate crystals, expanded our product portfolio and entered the major green energy market.

2021

  • Mass production at the extraction line of the Toufen Factory

2022

  • Entered the electric vehicle supply chain, recycling battery materials, creating a circular economy and driving a sustainable future.
