Employee compensation system

The following items are appropriated on the basis of positions and contributions, employee's compensation is above average level of the industry:

Employee Retirement System

The Company has an Employee Retirement Plan, a supervisory board for labor retirement reserves, and contributes the full amount of retirement reserves deposited in a special account of the Central Trust of China in the name of the committee at the same time in accordance with the provisions specified in the Labor Standards Act. Since July 1, 2005, according to the implementation of the New Labor Retirement System, the Company solicits the wills of employees of the Company either adopting the new system or the old system. For employees under the New Retirement System, the Company contributes 6% of the total monthly salary to the employee's personal pension account to cover their living expenses after retirement.





Protection Measures of Work Environment and Employee Personal Safety

The company has long been committed to environmental protection, energy conservation and employee care, expecting not only to grow the business, but also to fulfill its social responsibility at the same time, moving toward sustainable development.



Equipment maintenance and inspection

Conduct annual inspections in accordance with the provisions specified in the Regulations for Building Public Safety Inspection Certification and Report.
Conduct fire service inspection by third party in accordance with the provisions specified in the Fire Services Act.
Conduct monthly self-checks on fire safety equipment in accordance with the provisions specified in the Fire Services Act.
Conduct annual high and low pressure equipment inspection by third party in accordance with the Occupational Safety and Health Act.
Conduct monthly elevator inspection and maintenance by third party in accordance with the Occupational Safety and Health Act.
Conduct monthly inspection and maintenance of electrical equipment by third party.


Accident Prevention Measures and Response

Implement a safety and health management plan in accordance with the Occupational Safety and Health Act to prevent the occurrence of occupational accidents.
Conduct four hours of fire safety training every six months in accordance with the Fire Services Act.
Conduct trainings for the field safety and health personnel by a third party, all operation managers, operators, fire safety management personnel, security supervision personnel in accordance with the Occupational Safety and Health Act, Fire Services Act, and Act Fire Act.
Manage chemical-related emergency response in accordance with ISO 14000 every year.
Maintain an emergency response team to reduce the impact to the personnel and property during emergency accidents.


Physiological Health

Conduct physical examinations for newly employed personnel and regular annual or biennial health examinations for currently employed personnel in accordance with the Occupational Safety and Health Act.
Conduct quarterly drinking water inspections in accordance with the Drinking Water Management Act.
Conduct operating environment test every six months in accordance with the Occupational Safety and Health Act.


Contractor Operating Hazards Notification

Conduct hazardous tasks control and hazards notification to Contractors in accordance with the Occupational Safety and Health Act.



Continuous Monitoring and Auditing

With regard to EHS at the plant site, in addition to executing all items of environmental inspection and personnel operating environment tests in accordance with laws and regulations, we also have comprehensive audit procedures in place, as well as routine inspections, high-risk operation inspections, supervisory inspections, implement continuous improvement, and enhance environmental safety performance.
